These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the napi4 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing napi4, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use napi4. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing the platform. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay are credited instantly. Most withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours (WIB).

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the napi4 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:
To access the full range of napi4 services, including placing wagers and making deposits, you must register a Player Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and ongoing account maintenance:
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the napi4 Platform are denominated and processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No foreign currency conversion is performed by napi4; any exchange costs incurred at your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

4.4 Minimum & Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in your Account dashboard and may vary by payment method. napi4 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time, with notice provided to affected Players.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed at the start of the next operating window. Processing times may be extended during public holidays, including Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).
4.6 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
4.7 Refused Transactions. napi4 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it has reasonable grounds to believe is associated with fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
5.1 General Bonus Principles. napi4 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback programs, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are governed by the specific terms stated at the point of offer, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless an offer explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games, and validity period will be clearly disclosed in the offer terms at the time of the promotion.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. napi4 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to:
Where bonus abuse is identified, napi4 reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, and to permanently suspend the offending Account without prior notice.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and any associated free bets that are not used or have their wagering requirements not completed within the validity period specified in the offer terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without compensation.
5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. napi4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn before a Player has had a reasonable opportunity to complete its wagering requirements, napi4 will provide at least 24 hours' notice.
6.1 Accepted Wagers. napi4 offers sports betting (including football, badminton, MotoGP, e-sports, and more), live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and a range of slot gacor titles. All wagers must be placed through the Platform's official interfaces and confirmed by the system before they are considered valid.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts per wager are displayed at the point of bet placement. napi4 reserves the right to adjust these limits for individual Players or markets at its discretion, without prior notice.
6.3 Finality of Accepted Wagers. Once a wager has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it may not be cancelled or amended by the Player. It is the Player's responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming placement.
6.4 Void Bets. napi4 reserves the right to void any wager in the following circumstances:
6.5 Sports Betting — Specific Rules. For football markets, including BRI Liga 1 fixtures and international matches such as the EPL, Champions League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and FIFA World Cup, napi4 applies standard industry settlement rules. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the wager to pay out, unless otherwise stated. 6.6 Live Betting. In-play (live) wagers are subject to real-time odds fluctuations. napi4 does not guarantee the availability of live betting for any specific market or event, and reserves the right to suspend live betting on any market at any time without notice.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the napi4 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet Balance and pending winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
8.1 Verification Obligation. napi4 is required to verify the identity of its Players as part of its anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering obligations. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by napi4 to complete this process.

8.3 Verification Timing. napi4 may request KYC documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any time when napi4 has reason to review account activity. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC requirements are satisfied.
8.4 Document Processing. napi4 will use reasonable efforts to complete KYC verification within 24 to 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Players will be notified of the outcome by email or live chat. During the verification period, your Wallet Balance remains intact and accessible for wagering.
8.5 Data Protection. All identity documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with napi4's Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely and are not shared with third parties except where required by law or regulation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 11.1 Platform Availability. napi4 makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, napi4 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of downtime, technical failures, or service interruptions — whether planned or unplanned.
11.2 Betting Outcomes. napi4 is not responsible for any losses incurred through normal gambling activity. Gambling involves risk, and you acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. Losses sustained through lawful wager settlement are not refundable.
11.3 Third-Party Services. The Platform integrates third-party game providers, payment processors, and data services. napi4 is not liable for errors, delays, or failures attributable to these third parties, including but not limited to delayed payment processing by BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, or DANA.
11.4 Indirect Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, napi4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, regardless of the theory of liability and even if napi4 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.5 Cap on Liability. napi4's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
napi4 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights, obligations, or the cost of using the Platform — napi4 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to all registered Players and by posting a notice on the Platform homepage.
For non-material amendments, such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms, napi4 may update the Terms without advance notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 3 above.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which napi4 holds its operating license.
For Players accessing the Platform from Indonesia, you acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions under Indonesian law and that you access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk and discretion. napi4 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved by agreement between you and napi4 shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English. Nothing in this clause limits napi4's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
